For me, VB has been a game changer. I gain visibility in multiple venues that would otherwise be closed to me, which has allowed me to build a good and profitable client base. The website (and now the app) are easy and cost effective to use, and the variety/ location of venues they have worked tirelessly to secure for vendors is noteworthy. The VB Team are amazing. I have been with Vendor Booking since 2022 and over the years it has completely transformed my business. I used to do a lot of weekend and craft markets which were very expensive and very long hours, often with not enough sales to cover the cost let alone profit. Since 2024 I have more or less completely shifted to using Vendor Booking and it has made my life so much easier. This is because the price is relatively low, the hours are very reasonable and I get to places where my target customers are. My business is now much more profitable and much easier for me to work with my chronic health conditions. Speaking of which, I found the staff at Vendor Booking are very professional yet caring. They are very professional yet understanding and helpful. Whenever I have had some issues and I have emailed them they have been very quick to respond and sort out the matter. The booking process for pop-ups is very easy and simple. Recently they have released an app which can be used to manage and book pop-ups and it is also very easy to use.
